Jorge Martin Sampedro Battles Through First Round of NCAA Championship
CARLSBAD, Calif. 鈥� Freshman Jorge Martin Sampedro of The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros men’s golf team battled through the first round of the NCAA Men’s Golf Championships to post a seven-over par 79 on Friday at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa North Course. Sampedro will play with the same group but will tee off on Saturday at 4:02 p.m. (CT) off the 10 th hole.
