AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts hockey will welcome 6-2, 194-pound right shot defenseman Mathieu Taillefer as a part of its incoming class for 2026-27. The Richelieu, Quebec, native is the fifth new addition for next season's roster, joining forwards Max Curran , Maxim Massé and Melvin Novotny and defenseman Barrett Dexheimer .
