De Falcis Named Regional Field Athlete of the Year
NEW ORLEANS, La. 鈥� Lebanon Valley thrower Michael De Falcis was named the Mid-Atlantic Region Men’s Field Athlete of the Year for the outdoor track & field team this week in a release by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). De Falcis finished third in the javelin throw at the National Championships with a career-best throw of 70.16m (230’2″). His mark moved him up to No. 11 in NCAA Division III history and just missed qualifying for the USATF National Championships.
