Smith tabbed as UAFS Male Freshman of the Year
FORT SMITH, Ark. 鈥� Men's cross country runner Evan Smith has been selected as the Lion Pride Award winner for Male Freshman of the Year. Smith scored in all six events for the Lions and was the top finisher three times. He posted a 68th-place finish in his collegiate debut at the RSU Distance After Dark and then led the Lions at the Missouri Southern Stampede placing 88th with a personal best time of 26:35.1.
