Sakyi, Idinna race in the 100 meter hurdles at NCAA West First Rounds
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. 鈥� East Texas A&M University women's track and field hurdlers Amara Idinna and Sandy Sakyi closed out their 2025-26 seasons at the NCAA West First Rounds on Thursday evening at John McDonnell Field. Both in their freshman seasons, Idinna (Viry-Ch芒tillon, France) and Sakyi (Bremen, Germany) ran in the 100 meter hurdles first round. Sakyi timed 13.487 seconds for 29 th and Idinna clocked in at 13.70 seconds for 39 th . Only the top 24 finishers in the first round of races qualify for Saturday's quarterfinals.
