Iain Patterson Named SUNY Cobleskill Sportsman of the Year
Cobleskill, NY 鈥� The SUNY Cobleskill Athletic Department has named junior captain Iain Patterson (Pompton Lakes, NJ) of the Fighting Tiger men’s lacrosse team as its 2025-26 Sportsman of the Year. Patterson was recognized during the department’s annual Athletics Awards Ceremony held earlier this May. The Sportsman of the Year award is presented to the male student-athlete who best exemplifies sportsmanship, leadership and integrity through his actions in competition, in the classroom and throughout the campus community. A respected leader within the men’s lacrosse program, Patterson played an important role for the Fighting Tigers both on and off the field.…
