Brynn Acton named D1Sotball.com Freshman All-American
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa 鈥� D1Softball.com announced its 2026 softball season awards, with its final award of the season, Freshman All-American, coming out on Thursday morning. After a stellar performance for the Panthers, freshman designated player Brynn Acton was named to the D1Softball.com Freshman All-American Second Team. Acton joins Alexis Pupillo as the only two players in program history to be named to the Freshman All-American Team. Pupillo was named to the First Team as a catcher in 2023.
