MANKATO, Minn. --- Minnesota State senior Louis Magers has been named to the NCBWA All-American Third Team for his efforts this past season. A senior from Mankato, Minn., Louis Magers played and started in all 56 games for the Mavericks, splitting time as a first baseman, designated hitter and pitcher. Mager batted .286 and was tied for the team lead in home runs with 16 and in runs batted in with 65. He also coaxed 34 walks and scored 49 runs.
