OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss softball's Madi George has made history, as the freshman was named a second team All-American by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) on Wednesday. George becomes the third Rebel to ever earn NFCA All-American honors, joining Kylan Becker in 2019 (first team) and Lauren Grill in both 2010 (third team) and 2008 (first team). George also becomes the first Rebel freshman to ever earn All-American honors.
