Chung Named IWLCA National Offensive Player of the Week
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. 鈥� The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its National Players of the Week and Navy sophomore Attacker Alyssa Chung was selected as the Division I Offensive Player of the Week. Chung, who scored the game-winning goal in overtime to lift the Midshipmen into the NCAA Tournament Quarterfinals finished the opening weekend of the NCAAs with six goals, three assists, three caused turnovers, three draw controls, and a ground ball.
