Women鈥檚 tennis heads to OAC Championship match with 4-3 win over Capital
MASON, Ohio 鈥� Coming down to the No. 2 singles match, the Otterbein University women’s tennis team defeated No. 3 seed Capital University, 4-3 in the OAC Tournament Semifinals. Taryn Simmers clinched the match for the Cardinals with a 6-4, 7-5 victory at No. 2 singles. The Cardinals got out to a quick start, earning the doubles point. Simmers and Niya Bell rolled to a 6-3 victory at No. 1 doubles over Capital’s Stephanie Makris and Scarlett Stephens.
