STILLWATER – The Big 12 league office announced its yearly awards on Friday, with Oklahoma State golfer Marta Silchenko earning the conference's Co-Scholar Athlete of the Year designation. Silchenko, a junior from Riga, Latvia, maintained a 3.778 GPA this year in pursuit of a degree in international business. She's also played in nine of OSU's 11 events so far this season, good for an 81.9% participation rate. Silchenko is the first Cowgirl to win the award since it was introduced in 2013.
