GCSU and Middle Georgia Split Peach Belt Softball Doubleheader
MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | Georgia College & State University split its last Peach Belt Conference softball doubleheader with Middle Georgia State University Friday (May 1) at the Bobcat Softball Field. The Bobcats took a 6-3 win in game one before falling 2-1 in game two. GCSU moved to 27-19 overall and 15-11 in the Peach Belt, while the Knights moved to 17-27 and 9-17. The teams will close out the series Sunday (May 3) with a single game at 2 p.m. GCSU will honor its seniors Stephanie Condland and Maddie Todd after the game.
