#18 Mammoth women prevail against #17 Jumbos in the NESCAC Quarterfinals
MIDDLEBURY, VT. 鈥� The #18 Amherst College women’s tennis team opened NESCAC tournament play with a 4鈥�1 win over No. 17 Tufts on Friday morning at Middlebury College, advancing to the semifinals with another strong postseason performance. Amherst took the doubles point by winning at Nos. 2 and 3 after dropping No. 1 doubles, then got singles wins from Tina She, Greta Stechschulte, and sophomore Cody Huang, who clinched the match at No. 3.
