WestConn Men鈥檚 Tennis Season Comes To A Close At Bridgewater State In LEC Semis
BRIDGEWATER, Mass. – The Western Connecticut State University Wolves lost, 4-0, to the Bridgewater State University Bears in the semifinal round of the Little East Conference (LEC) Men’s Tennis Championship Tournament. No. 5-seeded WestConn ends the year at 6-15 and top-seeded Bridgewater State improves to 11-4. The Bears will host No. 2-seeded Rhode Island College in the LEC Finals on Saturday at 1 p.m. Bridgewater State took a 1-0 lead after doubles play and used three singles wins in straight sets to clinch the victory.
