Softball: Looking Toward Conference Championship
ATHERTON, Calif.---The Biola softball team fell 4-3 to Menlo College in extra innings. The Eagles and Oaks resumed play in the top of the eighth inning, tied 3-3. Biola was up to bat with a runner on first and one out. Despite a good effort, BU wasn't able to push the run across. Menlo capitalized in the bottom half of the inning, walking off the game with three hits and a timely sacrifice bunt. Biola totaled five hits in the eight-inning contest.
