No. 17 Washburn gets past No. 49 Northwest in MIAA/GAC Men鈥檚 Tennis tourney
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The No. 17-ranked Washburn Ichabods recorded a 4-1 dual victory over the No. 49-ranked Northwest Missouri State University men's tennis team in the semifinals of the MIAA/GAC Tournament held at the Cooper Tennis Complex. The Ichabods captured the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles. Northwest's Antonin Leborne delivered a 6-0, 6-2 win at No. 6 singles vs. Washburn's Moritz Peiper for the Bearcats's lone win of the day.
