Mendoza Romero Earns First All-GLVC Honor to Close UIS Career
UIS women's tennis graduate student Cristina Mendoza Romero has been named All-GLVC for the first time in her career, closing out her two-year run with the Prairie Stars with conference recognition. Mendoza Romero competed primarily at No. 2 singles and frequently teamed with Jane Carter at No. 3 doubles, providing stability in the middle of the UIS lineup throughout the season.
