WestConn Softball Splits With Wesleyan
DANBURY, Conn. – Senior Alexis Resto (Shelton, Conn.) went 3-for-4 with two doubles and two runs to lead the Western Connecticut State University Wolves to an 11-8 victory over the visiting Wesleyan University Cardinals in softball action this afternoon at Westside Field. WestConn, which suffered its 11th consecutive loss, 6-2, in game one, is now 11-25, while Wesleyan moves to 18-15.
