Trio of Bulldogs Collect CUNYAC Postseason Honors, Zhamutashvili Named Rookie of the Year
Brooklyn, NY—-Announced by the City University of New York Athletic Conference on Wednesday, three members of the Brooklyn College men’s tennis team earned Men’s Tennis Postseason honors. BC freshman, Giorgi Zhamutashvili , was named the conference’s Rookie of the Year along with being selected as a First Team All-Conference performer. Brooklyn senior, Allen Mardakhayev , joined Zhamutashvili as a First Team All-CUNYAC selection. In addition, sophomore, James Walsh , received a Sportsmanship Team nod.
