Softball Sets Season RBI Record; Mois Ties Home Run Mark at Elmhurst
ELMHURST, Ill. — The Rockford University softball team split a pair of games with nonconference opponent Elmhurst University, losing the first game 8-7 before bouncing back in the second, winning 7-6. After today’s pair of games, Rockford set a program record with 235 RBIs in a single season, surpassing the 2003 team’s mark by 12.
