Several from GC men鈥檚 tennis team collect All-Midwest Conference recognition
GRINNELL, Iowa 鈥� Grinnell College claimed two individual awards and other numerous honorees on the 2025-26 All-Midwest Conference Men’s Tennis Team. Maxi Gutbezahl ’29 was named the league’s Newcomer of the Year, while Zack Hasenyager was tabbed Coach of the Year after guiding the Pioneers to their 22 nd consecutive MWC crown. That is the longest in conference history in any sport. Hasenyager’s teams are 30-0 in MWC play since he took over in 2021-22 and have won five titles.
