Pietro Pontiggia Named to MVC Men鈥檚 Golf Scholar-Athlete Team
ST. LOUIS, Mo. 鈥� Illinois State senior Pietro Pontiggia has been named to the Missouri Valley Conference's Men's Golf Scholar-Athlete Team, announced by the MVC office on Wednesday morning. Pontiggia, a senior who has a 3.51 grade point average in finance, is averaging 73.3 strokes per round during the season, and has 13 rounds this season at or under par, with one top 10 finish.
