No. 75 women鈥檚 tennis race past Shenandoah in ODAC quarterfinals
DANVILLE, Va. 鈥� No. 75 and second-seeded Averett University women’s tennis reached the ODAC semifinals for the fourth consecutive season with a 4-0 sweep of seventh-seed Shenandoah University at the Averett Tennis Courts on Wednesday afternoon. Averett (14-3) won easily at both second and third doubles slots to take the first point. Senior Brenda Poulakidas and sophomore Sunna Maass won 6-1, while junior Annika Kellerer and junior Ella Boddington dropped no games en route to their set win.
