Newcomb and Simmons Secure Honors from the USA South
BREVARD, N.C. – Sophomore second baseman Adam Newcomb earned his first career All-Conference accolade by securing a spot on the Second Team, while senior left-handed pitcher Greg Simmons represented Brevard College on the All-Sportsmanship Team as the USA South Conference announced its Baseball postseason honors. Newcomb, a second-year Tornado from Charlotte, made 24 appearances with 22 starts in 2026 while competing in 14 of BC’s 21 conference matchups.
