Kyla Chevalier and Joao Espindola Named Forester Athletes of the Week
Softball player Kyla Chevalier and tennis player Joao Esipndola were named Forester Athletes of the Week on Tuesday. Chevalier batted .533 with at least one base hit in each of her team’s six games last week. She was 4-for-5 with a double and a walk in Thursday’s doubleheader at North Central College before going 2-for-5 at the plate both days as Lake Forest split two games at Beloit College on Saturday before sweeping Lawrence University at home on Sunday.
