By: SU Sports Information SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. -- Shippensburg University senior Brenden Anderson was named the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Atlantic Region Pitcher of the Week on Tuesday. Anderson tossed SU's first no-hitter since the 2018 season in a 3-1 victory over Mansfield in Game 2 of a doubleheader Friday at Fairchild Field. Overall this week, Anderson pitched to a 1.08 earned run average over 8.1 frames.
