Women鈥檚 Golf Finishes Third at MSC Championship; Saunders Earns Medalist Honors
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. 鈥� The Lindsey Wilson women's golf team posted a third-place finish at the Mid-South Conference Championship on Tuesday at Bowling Green Country Club. Following the conclusion of the championship, the MSC announced the regular season awards and All-Conference teams. Kayla Saunders and Thanaporn Buakong earned First Team All-Conference honors, while Tara Laverty was named to the Second Team. The Blue Raiders carded a 74-over-par 938 (310-314-314), finishing five shots behind Conference Champions Cumberlands (Ky.). Cumberland (Tenn.) finished runner-up with a 937.
