Softball Battles in Twinbill at MSOE
MILWAUKEE, Wis. 鈥� The Alverno College softball team traveled up to the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) on Tuesday afternoon, taking on the Raiders in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) action. MSOE took game one in five innings, 9-1, before a close game in the nightcap went the way of the Raiders by a score of 6-3. Sophomore Nadya Hudson (Milwaukee, Wis./Wauwatosa East) and senior Giselle Moreno (Chicago, Ill./Lane Tech) each had three hits on the day, with Hudson homering and doubling in game two, and Moreno adding a double in each game.
