Smith Tennis Cruises Past Springfield 4-0 in NEWMAC Tournament Opener
NORTHAMPTON, Mass. 鈥� The Smith College tennis team opened NEWMAC Tournament play with a 4-0 victory over Springfield College on Tuesday afternoon at the outdoor tennis courts. The Bears took the doubles point and three straight singles matches to punch their ticket to the conference semifinal. Doubles Smith set the tone right out of the gate.
