Richards and Olmos Receive NFCA Honorable Mention
Louisville, KY. 鈥� Sophomore Hannah Richards and Sophomore Isabella Olmos of Softball were named NFCA Honorable Mention Players of the Week. Richards, a native of Poulsbo, Washington, appeared in 6 games for Dominican this past week. The Sophomore picked up 4 strikeouts in 7 scoreless innings in a 6-0 win over Benedictine and followed that performance with a save in Game 2 against the Eagles. Richards then allowed just one run against in eight innings against Lakeland on Thursday. Game 2 against the Muskies saw the Sophomore pick up 2 innings of work and added two strikeouts.
