Southern Connecticut track & field standouts Kayla Johnson and Jonathan Volpe both took home Northeast 10 Weekly Awards for the final week of the regular season. Johnson was named the NE10 Field Athlete of the Week, and Volpe was named Track Athlete of the Week. Johnson continued her breakout season at Central Connecticut's Blue Devil Invitational, winning the Shot Put with a personal-best throw of 13.38m.
