Gold Nuggets enter NAIA National Tournament as No. 5 seed
Tuesday afternoon, Xavier Women's Tennis learned what its path at the NAIA Tennis National Championships in Mobile, Alabama, looked like. When the NAIA announced the brackets for the tournament, which is scheduled for May 12-16 at the Mobile Tennis Center, the Gold Nuggets, who are seeded fifth, drew one of eight first-round byes. Xavier, which recently won its third RRAC title in four years, was an automatic qualifier. XULA will await the winner of No. 14 Goshen (Ind.) and No. 19 Holy Cross (Ind.).
