Baseball drops road game to in-state rival Roger Williams
BRISTOL, R.I. 鈥� Freshman Gianni Melendez cleared the bases with a triple in the fourth for the JWU (Providence) baseball team in a 19-7 loss at Roger Williams University Tuesday evening in Conference of New England (CNE) action at Paolino Field. Sophomore Yedan Diaz picked up two hits and drove in a run as the Wildcats dropped to 12-24 on the season (4-12 CNE).
