Swim & Dive Alum Sam Fromkin (‘19) Earns $10,000 NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship
INDIANAPOLIS - One of the 42 recipients nationally of a 2026 NCAA Winter Postgraduate Scholarship was Sam Fromkin (CAS/BA '19), an alum of the American University men's swimming & diving team. Fromkin's award is $10,000, which he will use to attend the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art for his master's of fine arts in Classical Acting. Fromkin is the first Eagle to earn an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship in 12 years, since Hall of Famer Alexis Dobbs of women's basketball in 2014.
