SUNY New Paltz Baseball Senior Xavier Zykoff Named SUNYAC Pitcher of the Week
Syracuse, NY 鈥� The State University of New York Athletic Conference announced its weekly award winners Monday with Hawks senior pitcher Xavier Zykoff named to his first SUNYAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week accolade. The Poughkeepsie, NY native earned a spot in the history books becoming the first player in program history to throw a no-hitter. He did so in a seven-inning, 13-1 win over Oneonta where he yielded just three walks, no earned runs and had four strikeouts.
