Men鈥檚 Golf Punches Ticket into NCAA Tournament
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - For the fourth time since making the jump to NCAA Division II, the Davenport University men's golf team qualified for the NCAA Tournament. The Panthers came in slotted at No. 7 in the Midwest Region to qualify for postseason play. It marks the fourth time in five seasons that DU has made the tournament. The Panthers will head to Big Rapids, Mich. where 20 teams (Midwest and Central Regions) will compete at Katke Golf Course. At the end of 54 holes, the top four teams will advance to the NCAA Championships in Boulder City, Nev.
