Lyon softball celebrates MK Duffield Day
Batesville, AR – Lyon College Scots softball welcomed home one of their own, as former player MK Duffield returned on April 15th for MK Duffield Day. It was a state of high emotion for Scots softball, as friends, family, former teammates, and coaches gathered for the celebration of this young woman who had made such an impact on the program. This day of recognition and dedication began with MK throwing out the ceremonial first pitch to a round of applause. Later on that day, Lyon College Director of Athletics Kevin Jenkins took to the field to officially begin the celebration.…
