Jacob Riegel Named G-MAC South Division Player of the Week
OWENSBORO, Ky. 鈥� Jacob Riegel has been named the Great Midwest Baseball South Division Player of the Week for his performance in Wesleyan’s series win over Ohio Dominican. Riegel went 9-13 with one double, one triple, two home runs, eight RBIs, and five walks (reached base in 14 plate appearances) to lead the Panthers to a 3-1 weekend versus ODU. The junior’s best performance came in Wesleyan’s series-opening victory, in which he recorded a double and hit two home runs in the same game to power KWC to a 16-3 win.
