Hunter Defeats Brooklyn 4-1, Advances to CUNYAC Championship
FLUSHING, N.Y.- The No. 2 seeded Hunter College men’s tennis team advanced to the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) Championship final with a 4-1 victory over No. 3 Brooklyn College in the semifinal round on Saturday. Hunter took control early by winning two of three doubles matches to secure the opening point. The No. 1 duo of Nicholas Cooper and Alexander Hagiu earned a 6-4 victory, while Jason Parmar and Nicholas Douglas followed with a 6-4 win at No. 3 to give the Hawks the edge.
