Fontana Named Liberty League Rookie of the Week
Softball | 4/27/2026 2:23:00 PM Several of the first-year members of the Clarkson University Softball team had impressive stretches last week, but it was Ryleigh Fontana that stood out the most, earning Liberty League Rookie of the Week honors when the conference announced its award winners on Monday afternoon. Fontana hit .588 (10-for-17) in six games, recording a double, a triple, and a home run in the stretch while also scoring seven times and driving in seven more.
