Kurdys Shines as Javelinas Compete at Rice Twilight Meet
Houston – The Texas A&M-Kingsville women’s and men’s track and field teams added a pair of performances to the top-10 program record book as they competed at the one-day, all-day J. Fred Duckett Rice Twilight Meet in Houston on Saturday. Leading the way was junior women’s pole vaulter Kenzie Kurdys , who cleared 3.95m, a new outdoor PR, an improvement on her spot as the second-best vaulter in program history, and the new 17th-best vault in the nation so far this season.
