Cougars Drop Sunday Doubleheader to (RV) Augustana
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. 鈥� The University of Sioux Falls baseball team battled through tight late-game moments on Sunday at Sioux Falls Stadium, but Augustana used decisive late-inning swings to take both games of the doubleheader. The Vikings claimed game one, 5-2, before pulling away in the ninth inning of game two for a 14-4 win. USF had opportunities in both contests, outhitting Augustana 6-4 in game one and tying game two at 4-4 in the eighth on a Cullen Verville solo home run.
