Bishops Suffer Close Loss in Game One at Oberlin, Tie Game Two in Extras
OBERLIN, Ohio – The Ohio Wesleyan University baseball team was on the road at Oberlin on Saturday for a doubleheader with the Yeomen. OWU kept up with OC in game one but suffered a one-run loss at 3-4. Game two saw Ohio Wesleyan scrape together a five-run ninth-inning comeback to take a one-run lead before being forced into extras. The game would be called due to darkness after 11 innings at 8-8, ending in a tie. The Battling Bishops are now 13-20-1 on the season and 2-9-1 in the NCAC.
