Baseball Concludes Series in Pella with Saturday Doubleheader
PELLA, Iowa 鈥� The University of Dubuque baseball team battled with Central College in a doubleheader on Saturday. Despite home runs from Justin Potts and Will Sullivan, the Spartans fell in both games. Game One Sullivan went 3-4 with a walk, RBI, and run scored in the 4-3 extra-inning loss. Potts and Vic Pico both hit doubles during the contest. Shae Buskohl pitched seven marvelous innings, allowing six hits and two runs while walking one and striking out nine.
