WVSU splits doubleheader with Davis & Elkins
INSTITUTE, W.Va. – The West Virginia State baseball team split their Mountain East Conference doubleheader Saturday afternoon, using an offensive explosion to take a 15-1 win in the first game before a 6-3 loss in game two of the day. The Yellow Jackets are now 15-26 on the season, with an 8-16 mark in MEC play. The Senators move to 5-39, with a 3-21 conference record.
