Winning Streak Comes to an End in Series Opener at Chico
CHICO 鈥� The No. 12-ranked Cal State Monterey Bay baseball team saw its six-game winning streak come to an end, falling to Chico State, 6-1, Friday evening at Nettleton Stadium. After the series opener, the Otters move to 32-11 overall and 17-8 in CCAA play. CSUMB scored its lone run in the third inning when Xander Sielken singled up the middle to plate Bobby Benavidez.
