Track and Field Opens SSC Championship
By: Michael Hayeck | Manager Of Athletic Communications DAYTONA BEACH, Fla, - Saint Leo University track and field opened their inaugural Sunshine State Conference championship with multiple athletes qualifying for day two of finals. Freshman Joshua Warren and junior Keyon Wilson both qualified for the 110m hurdle finals with times of 14.55 and 15.49 resspectively. Both were personal bests. They will be seeded second and seventh in the finals. In the 400m, freshman Kansas Henry ran a personal best of 57.39, placing fourth to move on to the finals.
