Tigers blank Rhodes in SAA Semifinals

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Henry Hyden clinched the match for Sewanee as the men’s tennis team defeated Rhodes 4-0 in the semifinals of the SAA Championships in Memphis, Tenn., at the Leftwich Tennis Center on Saturday morning. Sewanee got started in doubles as Andre-Remi Jakobi and Samuel Schroerlucke secured a 6-4 win at one, and Lucas Wrigley and Max Verellen clinched the doubles point for the Tigers with a 6-4 result at three.
