Redhawks Dominate 800, Pole Vault At RIT
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Three first-year runners captured the first three places for the Roberts Wesleyan University women's track and field team at the Bill Q Invitational hosted by Rochester Institute of Technology on Friday. Michaela Goettel led the Redhawks by placing first in 2:17.87, followed by Solki Martin-Lacayo (2:18.28) and Lydia Demarest (2:18.43). Roberts also dominated the women's pole vault, sweeping the top five spots. Sophomore Karis Kraf led the way by clearing 3.90 meters (12-feet, 9 ½-inches). Melia Couchman (12-5 ½) was second followed by Sarah Ouelette and Natalie Murray both at (11-5 ½) and Molly Winger at 10-6....
